So no butter is needed! Plug in the grill to start it heating, then put the cheese between the 2 pieces of bread and place it in the grill. In a few minutes, I have a delicious hot sandwich without any grease! On add the chicken breast to your sandwich if it's fully cooked. I'm sure that meal would be well within any diet guidelines.
