I have some used Barbie dolls, all in pretty good condition, but they aren’t vintage or anything all from around 2000-2004. I also have some clothing for them, a few sets, and some cars. I also have a really nice big house with a elevator that works. I was just wondering how much you think some of this would go for, since I’m trying to raise some money to help get a Toy Poodle. The barbie dolls I have are:
Barbie Dolls of the World Gift Set, Collector’s Edition. You get a Japan, Norway, and India doll. The dolls are in mint condition and have never been removed from the box.
A Birthday Barbie from 1994.
I’m guessing I have somewhere around 50 Barbie dolls that my mom had collected over the years that I am now trying to liquidate. I don’t know much about them except that most of them are probably from the early to late 80’s. None are true vintage from the 60’s or anything. Where can I quickly find a list or group of interested collectors??? Thank you!
BY THE WAY…I’M LOOKING FOR AN ANSWER OTHER THAN EBAY. I USE EBAY ALL THE TIME AND LOVE IT BUT IT DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE A GOOD TOOL FOR THIS PARTICULAR GROUP OF ITEMS SINCE THESE ARE NOT THE SUPER OLD OR SUPER VALUABLE BARBIES. MOST OF THE $$ GETS EATEN UP IN THE SHIPPING AND I’D LIKE TO KEEP IT LOCAL OR SHIP THEM ALL IN BULK. THANX!
I bought my little cousin a Barbie Doll thinking she was like 6-7 years old, come to find out shes 9 going on 10. So now I am uncertain that she will like the barbie and think its for like little girls. Around what age do most girls stop playing with Barbies and dolls and stuff? I can’t remember what age I stopped. Also I want to know if I’m safe with the doll or if I would be better getting her something older girls like. Thx.
