      My area of expertise is Technology, being a CTO for a US based Ad Agency… I am of the opinion that we can find much better open source or commercial software on the web, as compared to this garbage.

      I installed this software on a Mac laptop. I am not Apple literate but after a few clicks here and there I transfered all the music from an IPOD to ITunes. The only music I could not transfer was purchased songs from ITUNES.
